PictureLorraine White, President and Founder

M-PASS, Inc. President and Founder, Lorraine White, is a certified waste consultant and a certified facilitator in Total Quality Management with more than 18 years of experience in the environmental industry.
Lorraine began her career in the environmental industry at AETS/Chemical Waste Management, a division of Waste Management. Starting out as an AETS account manager, she was quickly promoted to Manager National Accounts, then to Southeast Regional Sales Manager, and later to Southeast Branch Manager and to Southeast Area Manager. As AETS Area Manager, Lorraine maintained P&L responsibility for 8 locations.
Lorraine left AETS to be National Sales Manager and then Division Manager for KeyTrak, Inc., a computerized key control company. At KeyTrak, she started and ran the company's international Government, Education and Medical (GEM) division. After that she served as Vice President Academic Services for Mac-Gray Corporation, a commercial laundry, equipment and product company with P&L responsibility of over $30 million.
Lorraine has a B.A. degree from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC.



M-PASS Inc - Kristen Kepner-ColemanKristen Kepner-Coleman, Technical Manager

Kristen Kepner-Coleman is a LEED accredited professional with both design-build experience and experience in sustainable design and strategies.
Prior to joining M-PASS, Inc., Kristen worked as an architect at Perkins+Will, a world-wide design firm. While there, she was the Sustainable Design Coordinator for many projects, including a large research laboratory, Office Green Team Leader, and member of the Sustainable Design Initiative Group. In addition, she served on the Health in Buildings Roundtable with representatives from Georgia Tech, CDC, NIH, and NIEHS.
Her architectural work includes serving as a project architect for residential and mixed use projects with Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart Architects, and as a designer for two other architectural firms in Georgia.
Kristen has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Auburn University, and her work as a student on the Rural Studio's Butterfly House in Hale County, AL, has been published in Parade, Architecture, and Time magazines and featured on HGTV and CNN.



PicturePaul Chiulli, Sales Director

Paul Chiulli, who leads the sales development programs and initiatives for M-PASS, Inc, brings years of sales and business development experience to the team.
An experienced green enterprise entrepreneur, he is the founder of EcoOrchards, a one-time use disposable product company, and he opened a green franchise company, Biopack that manufactures biodegradable, compostable, one-time use To-Go ware.
Paul also started and operated a healthcare clinic company, and, for almost two decades, was in the restaurant business. As part of the restaurant industry, he's held a variety of positions, ranging from dishwasher to GM and Operations Manager for multi-store restaurant chains. He also served for several years as a restaurant consultant.
A native of Rhode Island, Paul graduated from the University of Rhode Island.

Margaret (Maggie) A. McSweeney, Operations Manager

Maggie McSweeney is an environmental scientist and geologist skilled at analyzing data from solid waste landfills, determining contaminants in ground water and overseeing the installation of methane monitoring wells.
She studied at the prestigious Geology Field School in Montana and worked as an associate geologist for Geosyntec Consultants in Kennesaw, GA, before joining M-PASS, Inc. Besides her geological work, Maggie worked as International Customer Service Coordinator for Delta Airlines in Atlanta for 12 years and has more than five years' experience working in restaurant management positions. In addition, she served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
A longtime Atlanta resident, she has a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia State University and an Associate of Science degree from Atlanta Metropolitan College, and she studied computer information systems at York College of Pennsylvania.
